Hoping for a Divorce!

Anyone else out there hoping that Bortus divorces Klyden in The Orville Season 3?

Bortus is a principled and honourable man, being very progressive for a species so stuck in a rut, but Klyden seems the opposite in every way and the more they are tested the more it seems they are wholly unsuited for one another.

Love is never straight forward, but yeah, their relationship is a strange one. Klyden is quite bigoted, to the point where I can agree with you, and their relationship will break down.

There relationship leaves room for a lot of drama.
The result depends on whether Klyden goes through character development and reforms, or stays a bigot.

Divorce is icky. They have a child. When I was younger, I thought once you have a child, your personal live ends and you exist for the raising of the offspring for 20 years. Mileage may vary.

Good point, I'd forgotten that particular element of Mochlan society. Makes for a lot of trouble!
