Holographic Quarters...

In Pathfinder Lt. Barclay creates a holographic Voyager, it's seems to be accurate to the last detail, he even creates his own holographic room, where he sleeps in. So, In the episode "Prophesy" when space was running out to accomodate all the Klingons, why did'nt they just put the Klingons in holographic quarters???

Too many klingons-not enough air in each holodeck so they probably would end up having headaches (assuming they exchange oxygen for carbom dioxide like we do) if they packed those two holodecks with Klingons.

Not to mention they didn't know how long that situtation would last. They would want to conserve energy.

because holodeck is a small room. Even if the hologram environment looks large the size of the holodeck not changing. Cargo bay much bigger
