Hints at future plot points in Spider-Man (spoilers):

Forgive me, but I have been a little off in my readings of comic books (the plodding of the Green Lantern: Blackest Night is killing me) but I got to read some Spider-Man where the Black Cat comes back.

I always liked the Black Cat and I do like the return to her bad luck powers (which is an interesting power...kind of like Longshot but opposite), she makes an interesting foil to Spider-Man.

But more to the point; Spider-Man and Black Cat get into a fling, so that led to me think about this for a bit...

Bad luck + fling + Peter Parker...Hmmm, something doesn't feel right here...

What an interesting twist if Parker got Hardy pregnant. It would also be interesting since Felicia is...well promiscuous and doesn't seem to be a motherly type.

I also see a tie in with One More Day as it wasn't just the marriage that ended when Peter made a deal with Mephisto but the possibility that Mary Jane and Peter would have a kid.

So instead Peter and Felicia have a kid? I see her definitely being Spider-Girl (Felicia's skills + Parker's skills...wow).

Just something I was thinking about...Peter has been more...frisky in these books.

They actually wanted to do that story back in the 70s, maybe Joe Q's idea of a less responsible Peter would work with that.
