Highlander Reboot/Prequel Anticipation Thread

All kinds of click bait stories on FB about Lambert doing a cameo. Not sure why this is surprising. But cool if that’s the case.
If they use a similar backstory to the original they could have him in the Macleod clan and the Chief who exiles Connor when he returns from the dead.

Have his voice issue gotten any worse? I could barely understand him at times when he was on NCIS: LA and I'm not sure if that was something that would have gotten worse over time.

"Highlander: The Original Screenplay -- the graphic novel". I never realized there were so many changes made from the original screenplay. Yeah, this is a lot darker. Some of it seems intriguing but there's one change (for the better) in particular from the original screenplay that would have just absolutely ruined the movie in my eyes if it had remained in the script.

While I agree with on that 100%, I don't see that stopping me from reading this when I can get my hands on a copy, LOL!

But yeah, from the description, I think I like what we got a lot better than this decidedly much darker version.

There can be only One!

Oh yeah, it could definitely still be interesting from a what could have been perspective. I've noticed this turning these early alternate scripts into comics has become a big thing now, first we had The Star Wars, then The City on the Edge of Forever, Alien 3, and now this. Oh, and I think there was also a Planet of Apes comic based on Rod Serling's original script. They also did both a comic and animated movie with the Batman '66 Two-Face, but I'm not sure if those were taken from an actual script or just used the idea of a '66 Two-Face.

I remember reading the graphic novel version of 'City' years after I read the actual script, which was in Harlan's book about the ttroubled history of that classic episode. It was interesting to see HE's original concept in a visual form. I'm quite tempted to check it out from the library and read it again.
