Highlander Reboot/Prequel Anticipation Thread

I still think Cavill is wrong for the rule of Connor.
If I had a choice for Kurrigan, it would be The Undertaker. :)
Not sure who I would cast as Ramirez. Maybe Antonio Banderas?
 
Banderas would be a great choice, if indeed they're going with the character of Ramirez. He's ten years older than Connery was when he played the role, so he would that older/wisdom/gravitas aspect of being a mentor.

Won't happen, but cool casting choice, though.
 
IIRC Ramirez was a Egyptian with a Spanish name but actors in Highlander having no links to the countries their characters came from was all part of its charm.
Chris Lambert = A Belgian playing a Scot

Sean Connery = A Scot playing an Egyptian claiming to be Spanish

Clancy Brown = An American playing a Proto-Russian
