Seattle.^True. Then again, there were two gang shootings and a murder in which the victim was lit on fire and stuffed under the bleachers of our football field in the three years I attended my high school.
Lit on fire? damn. What city are you from?

Actually, no they haven't. Unless you live in a gang-infested dumpland like Texas or San Francisco, chances are relatively small of being harmed by classmates due to "cliques" or whatever the new term is.

Texas is gang infested? I always thought it was safe place. San Francisco, I'm not surprised, since So Cal is like gang capital of the world.
I was surprised at those examples as well -- then again, when people think of Seattle they don't usually think of gangs either.^

San Fransisco isn't in Southern Cailifornia.I was surprised at those examples as well -- then again, when people think of Seattle they don't usually think of gangs either.

Kids are like that. Cruel. And stupid. Just like many grown-upsWe didn't have what I would refer to as cliques, but there was a lot of bullying going on, especially of people who weren't wearing expensive clothes all the time (my school was very close to one of the richest districts in Munich).
On the upside, there was literally no violence to speak of.
I never understood why kids cared about clothes other kids wore...so stupid.

God, I hated Cartesian Dualists. I slashed more than one of them with my good ol' Occam's Razor. I was a bad muthafucka in Philosophy class. We had the Recidivists, the Cartesian Dualists, and the Gay Republicans.
I was so lonely.
24 for mine. We definitely had cliques. It was a bit fluid with some mingling between two or three groups, but there were basically a divison between two main groups. Same goes for the whole upper school. My graduating class was composed of 20 people. So, no, there was no room for cliques.
