I think whoever wrote that description was confused about dates. The Enterprise-A was commissioned in 2286. To say that this Enterprise-C was launched in 2293 means that there was only a seven year span of time between the A's commissioning, the A's decommissioning, the B's commissioning, the B's decommissioning, and the C's launch!
It's based on the old FASA/Spaceflight Chronology timeline, which is off by about 50 years to canon (TOS is the turn of the 23rd century, to tie in Wrath of Khan's intro and Kirk's "200 years ago" TOS references). Could you scan it? or take a pic of it?
I do, but it’s pretty small (and I think has already been posted up-thread). That’s a really old design from the late 80’s -early 90’s and the scanning/display tech resolution was total shit back in those days.
I took a few pics of my poster, but it just didn't come out very well at all. With all of us limited to the small resolution that shipschematics has graciously provided over the years, I'd really like to improve on that image. Hope to get that done locally, and quickly.

If there’s a need here, I can probably dig up my original and put together a higher quality scan and update the file. Let me see what I can do about it. Not 100% sure where it’s at right now, though. If I can do it, I’ll post it here.
Good news is I found the original blueprint. Bad news is I haven’t had the time to scan it. It’s a big poster and it’s going to take multiple scans to merge together in Photoshop.
Question: do you want the full version, untouched, with all the call-outs, or an edited version with just the physical ship drawings? There are only three views, BTW. The ventral and aft views don’t exist.

Thanks! I'd say the whole original if possible, as that way I can understand what certain structures are supposed to be if they are not readily identifiable.
