Hey, I never noticed that before....

Day seven. Non-stop counciling by the fashion police continues. Patiant refuses to renounce the use of glitter.
Cold-shoulder tops--yet another Trek prediction that came early.

Dagger of the Mind :

The sticker that says ’ATT: Dr. Tristan Adams’ : it appears that the ‘Dr.’ part of it was placed on over the original sticker. My guess is that someone made an error and the sticker said ‘Mr. Tristan Adams’ instead of ‘Dr. Tristan Adams’.

I didn't spend six years in Evil Medical School to be called mister, thank you very much!

What's an infra-sensory drug, anyway?
The prefix infra usually means below or within. Infrared means below red in the spectrum, whereas ultraviolet is above violet, with both outside human senses. Infrasensory drugs would presumably be drugs whose effects would not fall within the range the patient could sense...whatever that means.
Or they would just sound like this...

i'm embarrassed to reveal the following after so many watchings of TOS but our local station is showing two TOS remastered episodes per day (completed with commercial break big cuts - sigh) but watching Where No Man has gone before I have suddenly noticed 2 things
1. Kelso and Mitchell are wearing different coloured shirts to Kirk and Spock - What are the colours supposed to mean then? Are Kirk/Spock wearing green and Mitchell/Kelso gold?
2. Mitchell holds the yeoman's hand the entire crossing the galaxy border. He mans the helm one-handed.I think it was his right hand but I'm not sure. Is Mitchell that good that he cam]n operate his helm one-naded during a crisis with his non-preferred hand?

Also watching "The Man Trap" I see that Uhura was on helm duty in the opening scene. Not in the middle of a crisis. Not because the helman is off ship. I never noticed that before.
