And Ted Cassidy had Marfan's, and died at 46 of a burst unknown aneurysm following surgery to fix yet another aneurysm. His IMDb says it was open heart surgery because many with Marfan's have heart problems.

Those tables are available all through the galaxy and due to their heavy military expenditures, the Klingons shopped at the same places as the Janus six staff! Both episodes are usually screened close together so Janus may have been not too far away from Organia!
