I've seen that episode a thousand times and for some reason today I saw a flash of blue and white in the corner.

First time in HD maybe? I've noticed more stuff in TOS and TNG because I'm watching them in HD.

In Operation Annihilate!, McCoy comes on the bridge to show Kirk the tentacles he removed from Spock. Uhura is clearly seen seated behind Kirk. When Spock enters the bridge and fights the crew, another lady is at Uhura's communication station.
Nomad, too. Also, he convinced M-5 to surrender.Maybe she got up for a potty break.
Exactly how many computers has Kirk killed? I can remember Landru and Vaal but is that all?

OK I had forgotten the M5 but now I remember Nomad now that you've mentioned it.
I'd consider that a group effort.Mudd's android army in 'I, Mudd'. Do they count?
Yes, I agree. Kirk more or less took care of Ruk, Andrea, and his duplicate. He thought, talked, and kissed them into crashing and burning in some way or other. When it came to Corby, that was mainly Christine and what was left of Corby himself. Also Dr Korby's androids.

Just saw that too. It really creeps me out that the Gorn now blinks his eyes. That and the magic space beings gave Kirk a shower and his clothes a wash before sending him back to the bridge.
I can only see it in that one shot. Maybe something got stuck one of the nostrils between takes? It just seems like an odd choice to have hairs coming out of a hairless reptile, especialy given how unlikely it would be to be visible on TVs at the time.If they could have taken the time to match the dirt on Shatner's face and uniform, that would have been a great touch.
I had to confirm that the nose hair was not CGI. It didn't think it was, because the hairs are very fine. I doubt if they were ever visible at all on a standard CRT tube TV:

It's also an odd choice for a reptilian creature to have faceted compound eyes!. . . It just seems like an odd choice to have hairs coming out of a hairless reptile, especially given how unlikely it would be to be visible on TVs at the time.
