Spock calls it Dispensary in "The Naked Time" when he's trying to get them on the intercom.

I'm unfamiliar with that line. When does it happen, exactly?

I don't recall the context. But elsewhere in the episode, sickbay is sickbay, and additionally there's the biopsy lab. "DIspensary" might be an additional facility - perhaps Spock wanted an aspirin? Or some sedatives, just in case.

It doesn't. There are calls to sickbay and the bio lab.

In the Rec Room scene in Charlie X, Uhura and Rand talk without speaking in the eye language of female humans.

Actually, the Talosians used to look like perfectly normal humans just like so many other aliens in TOS. Their appearance in Cage/Menagerie is the result of long-term membership in a TrekBBX.

    Neutronium table?

Q did shrink Voyager into a Christmas ornament.

"Death Wish". Although possibly Q just created an immense Christmas tree and hung the normal-sized ship on that...

Now that would be a neat prank........

I'd love to see Amanda Rogers again in Star Trek and she how she turned out as a Q

I vaguely remember that scene as a bigtime Star Trek embarrassment. And I liked Voyager.

The Man Trap: I never noticed Spock's head wound and bandage at the end before. Also, I never really wondered before why McCoy's quarters weren't part of the ship-wide security search.

Good call. Honestly, the total lack of security on the Enterprise is one of the biggest recurring flaws in Star Trek. They could have solved most of it through the addition of a line or two of dialogue in each episode where it really shows up. (City on the Edge of Forever, notably.)
