Hey a couple of random things.

Old Spock is supposed to be the guy from TOS. He even carries a photo from Star Trek V around with him, which you see in Star Trek Beyond. Zachary Quinto's Spock's life diverges quite a bit from that of his older self when his world is destroyed and his mother killed.

Not in this timeline. The idea is everything from Kirk's birth going onwards happens differently.
In this world, he's killed by Khan in Star Trek Into Darkness.

not putting spoilers about Discovery, but I might add that after they altered the story of 'Spock prime' there, kelvin Spock definitely is his own person now even more than before ^. I cannot imagine how to insert certain events in this Spock's life too, it's much easier and natural to come to the simple conclusion that they never happened to him.
Strangely though, unlike what that creative team claims, it seems the evolution and emotional development of Spock, and him finding a balance between human and vulcan, isn't really dependant on another character and whether he was an only child (original tptb's idea used for JJ's trek too and partly inspired by some novels such as those by DcFontana ) or he had a human sister to teach him emphaty (Discovery). Ironically, you can argue that kelvin Spock actually finds his balance many years before Nimoy's Spock did so he kind of has a better life, all things considered. Most importantly, he never really denies being human too.. he seems to keep it more honest and real.
It seems his mother being human, the fact he is human himself, combined with different life experiences that include falling in love, the loss of his home planet and a now more honest relationship with his dad etc are more than enough to make it possible for this Spock to be himself before his hair gets gray.. you don't need him to live the same life Discovery Spock lived.

I find these movies are very respectful of established canon in spite of presenting another reality thus them having more freedom to do different things. The movies didn't even try to rewrite tos and you can't be more respectful of the original writers and old fans than doing your own thing and honestly establish it as a separate reality.
