Okay, so I know I'm clueless when it comes to football, but who is the guy in the orange jersey who swoops in at the end to save the NFL players? And why would his arrival and/or status as a Hero be significant?

Hiro's endzone victory dance tickled me.

I enjoyed many of the commercials last night, but I thought this one was just dumb. Definitely did not make me excited about the new season.

That said, the other commercial with Chuck, Heroes, and Medium all dancing around got me super pumped. So I'm conflicted...

John Elway holds the record for 47 game winning or tying 4th quarter drives - that's why he was in it.

^ I SO want to see behind the scenes footage for that commercial! Everyone looks like they're having SO much fun! And the quick flashes of everyone dancing are just a cruel tease in a way.

Remember those old NBC commercials that were like 5 minutes long where all the stars got together on a stage and sang about the new season? I think it was mainly an 80s thing, but those are sure fun to go back and watch now. - NBC - Let's All Be There

In any event, we digress.

I don't watch "Heroes", but I liked the commercial and felt it tied in nicely with what is apparently the theme for the upcoming season. The idea that individuals need to band together to fight their opponent/enemy.
