Sorry, but I'm not going to argue for the sake of arguing. Especially when you're just continually driving home pedantic points rather than overlooking the complete picture of said argument. I've explained that complete picture more than enough times already, so doing so is completely pointless, especially since it'll just lead you down this road again.

You can explain your complete picture all you want, but if your complete picture is nothing but a house made out of crooked cards, the picture means nothing.

Charles clearly had a different power. Angela may have precognitive dreams but in "How to Stop an Exploding Man", Charles and Peter were interacting in the past while Charles was still alive and nobody else was aware of Peter's presence, not even the contemporary Peter who had just wheeled Charles on to the roof.
