The rain is all over for us. Are you safe where you are?
Were moving up to the Syracuse area soon. How is the Manlius/Fayetteville/Dewitt Area?
I live in New Jersey near the Passaic River. There's been a lot of flooding, but fortunately none of it has come to where I live. The parking lot at my job is halfway underwater, though! Crazy.
Parts of Syracuse are a bit flooded, but, unless you'll be here by tonight, you shouldn't have any problems...it's already getting back to normal. Even the Thruway is draining today.
Help! We're on fire!
Here, it's a swamp; we're used to being at least a little bit under water. A little flooding USED to happen every few years. Not anymore, though, it seems. So, if you wouldn't mind all pointing your fans out the window and leaning in a southwesterly direction, we would appreciate it.

Small world. My wife is from there, and we were there last weekend (state fair and whatnot).

My wife was offered a job at Syracuse University, so we will be moving up there sometime.

My mom, long time ago was the manager at Olympic Bowl in Belleville, across from Patmart and next to McDonalds on Washington Ave.
