Help identifying episode!

Greetings! I have been trying to remember from which episode a particular scene is from.

In the scene in question, McCoy and Kirk are commenting on the career of a young female officer, stating that one day she will find a man and marry him. At least, that's how I remember it.

Anyone got a clue about this?
