Has anybody had trouble with titles in their collections mysteriously vanishing? For instance when I run searches while logged out the missing titles show up but when I log in they've vanished from the search parameters. I've been struggling with this for months ever since I noticed it. I'm wondering if it's just me getting this or if anyone else is effected. It may be a bug from the move since the titles disappeared from my collection after that.
For instance, try running a search for AD Police. I get 4 results when logged out but only 2 when logged in. One of the missing titles that was formerly in my collection (the AD Police-To Protect and Serve series) has disappeared from it but it's obviously still listed on the site since it comes up in that search when I log out.
For the record I've tried clearing the search settings to defaults when and doing searches while logged in with the same results. So it's not because the region code or format was pinned. I've also tried to register for the support forums there but am unable to and the "Report a Problem" and "Contact Center" links are broken.
