Help Finding Episodes

Hello all,

I'm interested in looking at how certain characters get ignored in TNG, DS9, or Voyager, and I need some help. I've watched all of DS9 and Voyager, but my own memory isn't serving me. Can you recall any episodes where one of the characters, ideally a non-main character, is unjustly ignored or disregarded by the other characters? If some accident or issue occurs as a result of the dismissal, that'd be best for me.

For example: Character X knows something bad is going to happen and tries to tell another character (say, Y), but Y decides not to take them seriously or to discredit X's testimony in some way. As a result, something bad happens.

There are some instances that loosely fit that dynamic:

Destiny
Rejoined
Soldiers of the Empire
Empok Nor
Valiant
Tears of the prophet

Of course, it's all very interpretive, and I left out a lot of Ferengi episodes in which Quark decided to do things his own way.
