I knew that becuase Vanessa left no one else would be leaving and I still really like Louross and Bobby. Matt and his angry/pouty/evil face needs to go and Jen needs her vocal cords removed.

I knew no one was going home, but it is really interesting what Christina is going to do now. I think she really needs to step up her game and at least beat Jen or she will be gone. It kind of sucks too but it seems like the team wants to get rid of a strong player. Why Christina and not Jen I don't know. I hope Corey, Matt, Rosann, or Ben don't win. They are probably my least favorite this season and I wish they would shut up.
Did anyone else think that the chef that would come back would be Julia? She was in last season and Ramsey told her that she would be welcomed back if she was able to learn good culinary skills. At least she was the first that came to mind. As for next week, MTV's My Super 16 meets Hell's Kitchen. I'm not sure what to think about that. BTW, is MS16 still on. I never watch MTV so I don't know.

I thought julia too but she would still be a first year Culinary student - essentially slicing veggies and doing no real cooking. I don't see how she could be ready yet, but it is Fox....

I've seen the one where Gordon went to America to help out some failing businesses.Some of those people should have never been allowed to buy or run a restaurant.
God, ain't that the truth!!! I love Kitchen Nightmares and Hell's Kitchen, but the other week when I watched it Ramsey went balistic at the chefs and gave me a headache. It's really stressful running a resturant!!! You have to be on your toes at all times! And most of the dishes I had never even heard of but sounded pretty good.

I saw the ep a few weeks ago when none of the chefs got their main courses out on time and people started leaving. Gordon Ramsey was banging his head on a door or something..I LOL!! That was funny! Then he said: "shut it down!" and was swearing at the black Gordon Ramsey.."get the f-out, you donkey!!!!!!!!!!!!!" 
What is Gordon Ramsey on when he does that?! STERIODS!!?? Everyone's right about the chefs this year..do they even know how to cook?! Obviously some can't do scallops very well. One couldn't even cook one! :O

I'd say the girl should've been given the medium/med-rare steak anyway and told she's old enough to eat her steak properly.
I did have to chuckle that the bad was singing a song about being seventeen when it was the girl's SIXTEENTH birthday.

I started watching this after catching "Kitchen Nightmares" on BBC America. That show's really fun and sad at the same time. I was however surprised that "shit" got through as a word but "f*ck" was bleeped out. I know the standards are different depending on channel and such but I found it amusing. Of the two shows, I have to say I prefer "Nightmares" over "Hell's", but it's still a head shaking "WTF" experience either way.
