Heads up for King of the Hill fans

^yeah, as an after thought, and it sounded forced, it looked like Hank gave up on day 1 of tee ball, and it was Hank's giving up that never realy motivated Bobby, I think Bobby likes playing baseball, but it's more of him attempting to get some attention from his father
When you get right down to it, at lot of time Hank comes off as a pretty crappy father and/or family man. In his own way, he's "Cotton lite".

I've always thought that was kind of the point - Cotton really sucked as a father, and Hank has been trying, in a roundabout way, to break free of the 'pattern' Cotton set down and become a better father, but it's still stuck to some extent to the Cotton template. Hank knows that Cotton was a bad father, but sometimes can't help but act like Cotton because Cotton raised him.

While Hank didn't come off too well this time...he still ended up saving Bobby from a bad situation(again)...and even managed to honestly praise him for being funny.

This was a fun one with Luanne and the end of the Manger Babies, as well as Lucky dealing with the baby on his own. I kind of had a feeling Luanne would turn to a bitch real fast when her first DVD sold out. But these things are to be expected. I like it when KOTH experiments with alternate animation styles like in Dale's childrens book, or last week whe Bobby was in Baseball Hell.

Hola Propaniacs, it's Great White North time this week in Arlen. We'll see if they trade their Alamo for Molson and discuss the Maple Leafs season.

Uh-Oh Canada

After Boomhauer trades houses with a Canadian family for the summer the Arlen gang tries to make some new neighbors at feel welcome. However it soon becomes apparent that Canadians and Arlenites do not see eye to eye.

Could be trouble Eh.

Oh dear gods... if they hate New Yorkers, I can only imagine... well, unless they're from Alberta - then they'll be right at home.

1. I hope the show's final run doesn't keep on with this 'obnoxious newcomer gets the better of Hank' thing. Twice is enough in the show's dotage.

2. BoytellyouwhatoleBoomhauersettlindownorjstadangolefling?

Wasn't to happy with this week's episode. Seems like they went for the old cliched Canadian jokes, very formulaic.

Was Hank's backyard bar totally cool or what. I want a keggerator now.

Hank tried to be a good neighbor, he really did. Some people just bring out the worst in you sometimes.

I guess what they were going for this time was a sort of a "see how you like it," kind of thing. They say we are pretty obnoxious when we travel abroad. I don't know if we are that bad or not, college students probably. But that Canadian family was extremely douchey, and what he did with Boomhauer's beer mug was pretty bad.

I checked the credits thinking that Rick Moranis was the guest voice, but I was wrong.

I don't know if this is just another fling for Boomhauer, seems like he is maturing.

I liked how even Kahn was against him and even was outraged that the Canadian was mowing Boomhauer's lawn.

I loved his they're putting the fence on the wrong border line. And how he said He stayed in the Killing fields for two extra years to not have to go to Canada.
