HBO's "Westworld", starring Anthony Hopkins/produced by J.J. Abrams

Damn, since they have the HBO Now and Amazon Channels they don't let you buy the episodes the next day. It is only $15 a month for the Amazon Channels HBO, so I might just go that route so I can also watch GOT, Silicon Valley, and all the movies they offer any other stuff not on Amazon Prime.

Did you see where Jonathan Nolan posted on Reddit that the show would try to outmaneuver the internet spoiler culture by posting a video that gives away the entire plot and twists of season 2? Well here it is, and it's perfectly okay to watch.

I just saw the story about that on Io9 and I think it's hilarious. Although now I kind of want them to do a musical episode.

‘Westworld’ Rounds Out Recurring Cast Ahead Of Season 2

Westworld is rounding out its cast ahead of its Season 2 premiere. Tao Okamoto (Man in the High Castle), Julia Jones (Wind River), Kiki Sukezane (Heroes: Reborn) and Zahn McClarnon (The Son) are set for recurring roles in the second season of HBO’s Westworld. In addition, Martin Sensmeir (Magnificent Seven) is confirmed to return as a recurring in Season 2.

Okamoto will play Hanaryo; Jones will portray Kohana; Sukezane is Sakura; McClarnon portrays Akecheta and Sensmeir returns as Wanahton.

I wonder how much time we'll be spending in Shogun World? It looks like most of the cast members whose characters are there are going to be recurring, so it must be must be more than one episode, but not enough for them be regulars.

According to a recent Nolan interview, we'll spend at least 1-1/2 episodes (total) in Shogun World. Long enough to get a good feel for it, but not too much to shift the narrative. The bulk of the story will still be in Westworld/Command Center.

Just rewatched the entire first season. It was a very interesting experience having the knowledge of all the twists in advance (William/MiB, Arnold/Bernard, Dolores/Wyatt, etc). I even figured out why Bernard mistook Ford's dad for Arnold. Really looking forward to season 2 premiere tonight.

Just wanted to post reminder for everyone that the season premiere is tonight. It looks like HBO posts the season premieres for free on their website, so I should be able to watch this tomorrow morning, even I probably won't be watching the rest of the season.
