Jordan Prentice from "In Bruges" seems to be the favorite (other than Peter Dinklage who is the too-old but still automatic fanboy go-to little-person actor) right now amongst the fans. He has a good level of snark to him that I think will suit, and he is only a few years older than the character in the books. He also looks like he might have been good looking if he were born without whatever it is that caused his dwarfism, which would suit the other actors in his family. Give him some lank blonde hair and he would be a good match I think.
