I am not sure I get the appeal. Texting is such a brief form of communication and it is usually done in public. Why go through all the trouble of trying to be really sexy? I mean on the phone it could really lead to some interesting places, but what can you do with two sentences of text? My girlfriend and I text all the time and it never gets beyond cute double entendres.

No, I haven't. The issue has never come up. I text my boyfriend to let him know when to pick me up and stuff like that. I hardly want to be acting all sexy and turned on when I'm at work sorting historical documents and working with the public.

Well, I suppose it can be intellectually sexy, but that's diffcult to convey with a text message.

I often have to wash my hands several times after work to get what I call the "bits of history" off my hands - even though you can't see the dust most times you can feel it on your hands. So excuse me for not getting turned on by that.
