Have you ever orderd from amazon.com?

Amazon's service is terrible and unreliable! Don't trust them for anything! :scream:

Naw, I'm just kidding, they're great. :p

Actually, I've only used it maybe 2 or 3 times (all last year), and it's the only on-line shopping I've ever done (I'm just not much of a shopper, period. Plus I'm cheap ;)).

All I bought were a few sci-fi books I couldn't find in any bookstores near me. They arrived in a timely fashion and were exactly what I ordered. The condition of the books wasn't as pristine as I normally like (oh yeah, I'm fussy too), but they were accurately advertised as moderately used, so that came as no shock to me.

Overall, I have no complaints.

I use Amazon regularly and am amazed how smooth everything goes. I order with a few clicks and depending on time of day sometimes even have it delivered next day (if i order early in the morning and despatch happens around noon).

Even ordered a few items from Amazon USA aka Amazon.com and got everything fast and without problems.

I believe their huge popularity is not only due to their lower prices but their professionalism and speed with which they get the goods to the customer. I've rarely heard any complaints about Amazon and that's noticeable.

Use them all the time; have been doing so for years, and I've never had a problem with a shipment from them. The only issue I ever had was a failure to deliver from one of the outside vendors, and Amazon quickly paid me back in full without any trouble. Their prices are good, their selection is immense, and their customer service is superb. It's probably one of if not the most reliable online service out there of any kind.

I wish in Canada they would sell more stuff. :( I would never ever have to go the mall again.

We buy constantly from Amazon, and we sell on their Marketplace as well. So I basically get a box from Amazon every three days, and mail two things out every day. Amazon is wonderful I love it! The only complaint I have is that the last several comic book trades I've bought from them new have come with creases and bumps on them.
