2 on Rotten Tomatoes. One of them just hates sci-fi/comic movies (he hated The Dark Knight) and the other has a more legit criticism of the time-travel plot, but praises Quinto as Spock.

Well, there are some negative reviews up there now, but before it was just that one where the douchebag that hates sci-fi and popular movies had "reviewed" it by comparing it Wolverine, which he also didn't like. Nothing of substance at all in that review.
