Can somebody explain to me why it's LuPat's fault?
You answered your own question:
Is LupinRanger & PatoRanger considered 2x Sentai Teams, but 1x Series?
So that screws up the numbering of number of Sentai Teams in existence?

It's also more financially beneficial to have seperate Anniversaries.Based on the interview, it sounds as if they just like the convenience that it aligns the 50th Sentai team with the 50th anniversary of the series. And they like the opportunity to separate out their anniversaries from Kamen Rider's so they don't get overshadowed anymore.
There’s supposedly a rebranding or name change similar to Kamen Rider/Masked Rider. Apparently this is so that the brand can be more open in other markets.
So “Super Squad”? “Super Task force”?
Please, GOD NO!So “Super Squad”? “Super Task force”?
It seems to me that the most natural English-language rebrand for Super Sentai would be Power Rangers, which has decades of name recognition behind it and which nobody in the US seems to be using anymore.
"Kamen Rider"Hasbro says “Hi”
It needs to be something that Toei can market to other countries globally easily
Yet we can legally buy Super Sentai / Kamen Rider series Blu-Ray TV series Discs right off Amazon.Apparently super sentai can’t market in the west. They’re not allowed to market here. Thanks to power rangers and hasbro. They’re focused on other Asia markets right now.
But Shout! Factory has released a ton of the old Super Sentai series in the US, so obviously they can't be totally blocking them from releasing it here. Or does that only apply to new series?Apparently super sentai can’t market in the west. They’re not allowed to market here. Thanks to power rangers and hasbro.
Hasbro has the right to block any push Toei would make into the West given that they own the Power Rangers licensing. (And they own it in perpetuity I might add.)
toei are focused on other Asia markets right now.
Or use of the "Power Rangers" branding?Or does that only apply to new series?

So how's that going to work?
Toei can license and have their products sell in the US.
Yet Power Rangers & Hasbro still exist.
BoonBoomGer will have 49 episodes, concluding on 2/16.
