Has anyone seen the bootleg 1x20 finale yet?

I just found out (from sources that are against the rules to be mentioned here) that 1x19 and 1x20 were uploaded (again, to somewhere that would be against the rules to give out) online. The catch? They're in russian, and no subs. Apparently this is so, because:

Russian television does not have to abide by the American/Canadian/or British television standards that we have. When Stargate Universe took the mid-season break Syfy most likely asked the Russians to do the same but they probably didn't take the whole 3 month break they were supposed to and hence the episodes aired earlier there than here.

I guess that posting a couple of screencaps wouldn't be against the rules *spoiler alert, obviously*:

But has anyone else seen it? I'm not going to bother, since I don't speak Russian.

Yeah, just scrubbed through it. In terms of the plot, nothing happens because it's the season cliffhanger but various specific and probably non-important things happen to members of the crew.

the Lucian Alliance take control of the ship
Greer and Scott are trapped outside the ship for a reason I couldn't understand
And the episode ends with some Lucian Alliance goons preparing to execute all the Earth-based soldiers on the ship, including Young.

That's about all I can remember anyhow.

That's about all I got as well - first I thought it was the Russian distracting me, but if you concentrate, you can hear the english just fine. Turns out that I was just bored to tears of the plot and the same old stuff, and my brain just tuned out

The problem with Season Finales is that they usually end on a cliffhanger.

Cliffhangers are great. (Unless you have to wait more than 2 weeks to see the continuation)

I much prefer contained seasons that conclude their arcs with a culmination. (Much like Buffy & Angel used to do with Big Bads, and whatnot.

Oh well. I've enjoyed SGU in the back half of it's first season somewhat, so I guess I'll stick around for season 2.

Whenever they decide to show it and however they decide to break it up. Sigh.
