Has anyone gotten the wrong version of TOS from streaming services?

As far as I know, all streaming services offer both TOS episodes and TOS-R episodes. However, I've noticed a few people complaining that there are a few TOS-R episodes incorrectly listed in the TOS section or vice versa. Based on the complaints, iTunes, Amazon Instant Video, StarTrek.com and Vudu were all affected.

Have any of you guys ever gotten the wrong version of an episode from a streaming service? Does anyone know if this problem still exists or if it has been fixed?

I can't speak to the services you list, however, I did have a seemingly successful online chat with a Netflix Tech support rep about its incorrect descriptions.

Netflix has since fixed the new remastered HD Next Gen eps that were listed as 5.1 but came through as standard stereo, and it is also now aware that an ep (or two?)of remastered 5.1 TOS is still being streamed as pre-remastered (Obsession, I believe)

Anyhow- the Netflix chat session was helpful- perhaps you might get similar results with the services you listed.
