Harry's Law season 2:

timothy

Rear Admiral
Rear Admiral
Kathy Bates returns tonight for the second season of a great show. looking forward to another great season.

With the new office and new people the show didnt come close to having the same feeling. It just felt off to me, like a bad Boston Legal spinoff.

I called it Cincinnati Legal on another board. Oh well another hour of my week has been freed up

You give up to easily on a great show. and man is'nt the Cincinnati da a real bitch.

I loved the first season, but this second season premiere really wasn't very good...it didn't feel like the same show, and what had been changed was for the worse, not for the better. I'm hoping that this first episode was just an anomaly. I hope they feature Brittany Snow more in upcoming episodes as she is a big part of what made the first season so quirky and fun.

I like Brittany snow she's a hottie and would love to see her in a spin off.
I think a lot of the changes were due to the partner ship with tommy jefferson
and you know how he is. all so I like that new brunett lawyer they have I don't recall her name though she's cute.

Is it wrong that I'm really hoping Harry getting arrested is going to result in her going back to a hole-in-the-wall practice, and this freaky giant office was just a red herring?

Not going to happen based on the cast / casting news. Really sad.

I didn't give up the show, DEK did when he turned Harry's Law into Boston Legal West

This is my problem with every David E. Kelly show. He eventually turns them all into the exact same show DEK show.

BTW, from what I've heard the season premiere's ratings were really bad.

They weren't that bad.

Ratings were never good for the show, but it's on NBC so the ratings aren't "really bad" because NBC sucks.

I loved the first season, so I'm game for another. Nice to see Kathy Bates with a steady gig. She's one of the all-time greats.

I meant "really bad" as in a big drop off from last season. But I could be wrong.

I haven't yet seen the second episode, just the first, but man ... It wasn't to my liking at all.

I loved the first season, that feeling of being this struggling do-gooder battling the odds with the help of her friends. Now, in the span of the opening five minutes, it turned into Every Generic Law Show. Sigh.

this case is heating up and I like anomisty between the da and harry. the da is real bitch. first for having harry arrestend for jury tampering wich is bull shit. and then what happend on the second episode.

I had to wait until tonight to watch the first two episodes, and I love it. Kathy Bates and Christopher MacDonald chewing the scenery, and I love how deliciously evil Jean Smart is, so this is all fun for me. :D

I just watched the second episode, and it wasn't much better than the first. How could they have changed a unique and special show to something so bland and boring??? It's hard to tell until this wife killer case story arc has ended, but it seems like the show will be focusing more on the actual cases rather than the characters...I don't really like that at all. Focusing on the personal lives of the characters is what made the show so great last season. If I wanted to see interesting law cases each week I could watch any of dozens of past and present lawyer shows. It's too bad, this one had great potential.

the conclusion to this case was fucking awesome. I am not saying anything till the rest of you have seen it. and you'll say OMFG!!
