Considering how much Janeway came off as Captain Mom (whenever she referred to Voyager as a family rather than a crew, my gorge grew buoyant), there's something Norman Bates creepy about how closely this episode has her policing Harry's sex life.

Considering how much Janeway came off as Captain Mom (whenever she referred to Voyager as a family rather than a crew, my gorge grew buoyant), there's something Norman Bates creepy about how closely this episode has her policing Harry's sex life.

And too, a question comes up as to 'Why Harry?'

What is special, out of all the officers on the ship, that Janeway has to monitor Harry...(as aformentioned, his sex life?)

There are probably others the same age as Kim; still it is questionable and, of course, goes with what we've seen in previous Trek episodes...
