The 24th Century needs a computer voice. It can't be Majel Barrert (still the voice of at least some ships in 2387)

I thought it was funny as hell. They've lived in caves for seventy years and yet were able to maintain machine guns in perfect working order, with I guess an endless supply of bullets to boot...

Firstly, it's easy enough to be resurrected in Star Trek
Secondly, holodeck recreations are programmed based on historical records. Who is to say that Tucker didn't want to live off the grid and asked that the records show that he died.
Thirdly, and most importantly, TATV is not canon, so nothing that happened there actually matters.
Manu was very misguided in making them tweets but having a dissenting opinion isn't a crime and he shouldn't be banned from star trek for it.
If the James Gunn incident taught me anything it's that people will forgive opinions if they like the persons work.
Yeah the Discovery crossover episode is sure to be lit.

Will there be a Worf? Is that a certainty?
It's hard to believe that we won't see most of the TNG crew over the course of the series. But if I were to rank them in order of likelihood (highest to lowest), I think Worf would be near the bottom of the list. Characters with either (a) a close association to / history with Picard, or (b) a close relation to the plot (Borg) are the most probable.
So far, we know:
Picard-related: Data, Riker, Troi
Borg-related: 7 o' 9, Hugh
I still think Beverly (and/or Welsey) and Q will eventually show up. But I can't see a strong case for Geordi or Worf.
