I agree with those who have stated before that Janice Rand should be Chief of Security which would mean more action. The 'yeoman pining for Kirk' should not reappear in this incarnation of Trek.

She should be some lowly crewman that Kirk sleeps with at a Starbase and then has transferred to the Enterprise.

Grunny's a nice guy, liked him as Matt on Heroes, but I dont think his acting chops are big enough for the big screen in any important role.

Anyway, I think Quito is enough (unfortunately looking like former) Heroes talent for Star Trek 12 to have for this fan of Heroes.
