Ugh. I'll give arrow the benefit of the doubt, since the only character they've changed for the worse to me is Count vertigo, but I'm definately not sold on this version of Waller. Even ignoring the fact that I think skinny Waller is not a needed change, she just doesn't look like a Waller type character (by that I mean a government agent who does the things Waller does). Honestly, she looks younger than Oliver's actor, although since her age is not listed anywhere I looked she could be older and I could just be crazy. She'll have to be written very well and be a very good actor to be a good Waller.
