Green Arrow (CW)

Dylan Neal Joins as DC’s Dr. Anthony Ivo

Appearing in Oliver (Stephen Amell)’s island flashbacks, ‘Arrow”s incarnation of Dr. Anthony Ivo will emerge as a brutal but ruthless scientist who will stop at nothing to unearth a breakthrough that dates back to the latter days of World War II. Neal’s Ivo will appear in a four-episode arc beginning with episode 5, “League of Assassins,” with the potential to recur in later installments.

Those familiar with DC comics will recognize Anthony Ivo as the creator of the power-mimicking “Amazo” android, as well as a villain in his own right with both a paralyzing fear of, and a desire to conquer death. Neal himself has a long list of TV and film credits, among which were previous CW appearances on ‘Smallville‘ as Metropolis DA Ray Sacks.

"I like having you inside me."

Even the most conversationally awkward person in the universe would never say that.

That and walking in on Laurel...

Then breaking in on the family...

She's subtly introduced herself as the new girlfriend to the exgirlfriend and the entire family, and forced Oliver to think about having sex with her. That's some dark psy ops shit there.

If one or most of those bits happened on purpose, Felicity is playing the long game to marry a billionaire.
Look, I'ma let us all get back to the S2 tread in a moment, but I gotta say that this has to be one of Guy's best posts of all time - OF ALL TIME! The notion of Felicity deliberately planning to set herself up as Ollie's little-sister-ish Girl Wednesday only to scoop him up and seduce him several seasons down the road when he realizes that no one, even Laurel, can ever get him like she does is so hilarious I'd genuinely love to see it actually happen. "Some dark psy ops shit there" indeed. :rommie:

Bonus points will be given if, right after they both take off their shirts, she breathes: "Yes... I am the Mandarin" before they lay on top of each other and the scene fades to black.

Now that The Flash is getting its own pilot rather than a backdoor one, “Episode 20 will just be an episode of Arrow” — which has actually turned out to be a blessing, Kreisberg admitted. “[A backdoor pilot] actually made it a little bit harder because we were going to have to take a right turn [from] where we were in our ongoing story to incorporate that.” Although Barry may no longer be getting his own episode toward the end of the season, viewers will still hear “about what happened to him in the way that you’re hearing now about Star Labs on the periphery, and certainly in terms of Felicity since she has a connection with him,” revealed Berlanti.

Here's a clip from the next episode featuring Barry Allen!
