Greatest Physical Pleasure

A tiny bite in the neck

Nails delicately rubbing my back (my back is one huge erogenous area)

A kiss at the border between the leg and the butt-cheek.

Nursing a baby. (Sad that I'll never feel that again.)

The space between pain and no pain. I remember being in the emergency room, experiencing pain so bad I could not speak (worse than labor). The nurse injected my IV, and in the moment that the pain stopped I understood, for the first time in my whole career, why people do drugs. Just that instant when the pain stopped was the most amazing feeling in the world.

Bra off after a long day is a good one. Also a nice back rub or back scratching... and having someone play with your hair.

Also... exercise.

Hot shower after whatever form of sport or workout... Ah, the muscles feel sooooo much better then.

I do cool shower after a workout. Soooooo refreshing. I get so sweaty and gross I don't think I could handle hot!

I've never been able to tolerate cool or cold showers. They neither relax nor please me...quite the opposite effect. The only cold water I don't mind on my body is on my hands and face to cool down after being in hot weather.

Jumping out of an airplane with a parachute. Some time ago I made my first jump, (static line and solo). You feel the adrenaline rush through you when you walk to the aircraft, you board the plane and take off. You try to remember all you were trained to do while you gaze to the horizon and dare not look down. Then it is time to leave and being the heaviest, you're the first one to go. You lift your legs out of the plane and feel the strong gusts of wind, almost pulling you out. You brace yourself wondering why the hell you are doing this and then you jump without. The cord opens your chute and for a few moments you feel weightless. Suddenly the chute opens and you feel yourself being pulled up very strongly and then all is quiet. The peace and quiet you find at 2000 ft is amazing and you feel yourself relaxing. Then you realize you have no clue where you are. Fortunately the landing zone is clearly marked and skillfully you maneuver yourself to the strip. When the ground rushes towards you fear it might be the end of you, but you remember what you were taught and land safely.
There you are, just a few minutes ago you were scared as hell when you jumped out of the airplane and you just fucking landed with your parachute for the first time and survived. You feel like you can take on the world... :)

That first pee you take in the morning after waking up and that last poo you take before going to bed.

^That is EXACTLY what I was thinking of! The one where the 5th direction tells them to disregard the first 4. I mean, seriously, it wasn't even a long sentence!

Omnius, nice description of parachuting. :bolian: I've never done it but plan to someday. Sounds amazing.

I like cold showers after working out too. Really energizes the body and closes up the pores after getting all the grime off. :)

Physical pleasures, aside from sex?

- Finally getting to urinate/defecate after waiting so long--utter relaxation
- Having a very long, cold drink on a very hot day
- Having a nice cool shower on a very hot day, where you feel all the heat just drain away from you with the water
- Rolling over in bed and having your spouse/SO roll over in his/her sleep and spoon
- A nice dark, quiet room when you have a migraine

Oh, I also feel great after a lot of yawning and stretching. The rush of endorphins feels terrific.
