no Indy 4 just ruined the franchise there is no way now they could make a great Indiana Jones film again look at Harrison Ford he is in his sixties not young.

You're missing the point. Indy kills one badguy in the entire film. I'm surprised they didn't give him a walkie talkie to clip to his belt.

Ark: kills shit ton of Nazis/Mongol thugs in various amusing ways throughout
Temple: kills shit ton of Triad/Thuggee in various amusing ways throughout
Crusade: kills shit ton of Nazis/Arab dudes in various amusing ways throughout
Skull: kills one fucking tribal guy, albeit amusingly, half-way through the film

One of these things is not like the other.

Only one? Well, I can agree that kind of sucks. I'm pretty sure I recall Blanchett buying it, though.

Indy doesn't kill her though. The aliens do by filling her mind with infinite knowledge. Indy only ever killed one main villain through direct action, the prequel's Mola Ram. God killed Donovan and Belloq.

I will admit that I enjoyed Blanchett's Spalko. She had a hot, Commie dominatrix thing going on. So the film was good for something.

Indy is Harrison Ford's character. So is Han Solo. No one is going to be dumb enough to take either role.
