Lets not confuse things and please assume that we are talking about the type of Daleks seen in the 2 Movies from the 1960s.

The Death Star wouldn't stand a chance against the Daleks' battlefleet. It takes too long to recharge the Death Star's death beam. The Death Star, on its own, could be overwhelmed by a Dalek fleet.
And I doubt that TIE fighters would stand much of a chance against the Daleks' trans-solar discs. I think Dalekanium would be impervious to the TIE Fighters' laser beams. And trans-solar discs are more manueverable.
In terms of sheer numbers, the Daleks would win.
The Daleks would take Tarkin and the Death Star easily.

So lasers and Turbo Lasers and super turbo lasers (that's the death star right?) are a wash. What about Concussion missiles and Ion cannons? Hells even the blunt force trauma of an ATAT stomping on a few Daleks?
Tarkin works through overwhelming force and utter ruthlessness. Daleks work through uber-overwhelming force and utter ruthlessness augmented by hate.
So he loses, probably around episode three, after which the Doctor/Doctor Who, wins through by being clever and inventive and unpredictable, and by making friends (which is a bit how Tarkin got blown up in Star Wars anyway!).
PS: An AT-AT stomps on a Dalek? The Dalek armour holds up, allowing the Dalek to punch right through into the AT-AT's foot, allowing it to (worst case) destroy that foot from within or (best case) hack into the AT-AT's systems, and from there into the Imperial control net, after which it starts crashing Star Destroyers on the Emperor's palace.

Not that I know much about Daleks, but an AT-AT crushed a Snow Speeder like an ant....
And if the Death Star fired it's laser which can destroy a freakin' planet, depending on how they fly their ships in formation, I'd imagine a laser strike would take out quite a few ships, either in the resulting explosions or in disabling them outright.

Well, as that version were armed with fire extinguishers, and managed to get totally pwned by a bunch of shaven chested, over mascarad pacifists, I'd say the Ewoks could wipe the floor with them, never mind the Empire.
