There wasn't anything here I haven't seen before, the cave scenes dragged on too long and Archer bothered me more than he usually does in this episode.

From here on out no more coddling. If Ent wants a passing grade from me, they need to crank out an episode that deserves it. This piece of junk filler doesn't cut it. What did this episode accomplish? Nothing. Did it do anything new? Nope. Did it stuff itself with pointless rock climbing scenes to waste time? You betcha! Was the dialogue any good? Hell no! Was the acting any good? Phlox was ok, Mayweather was awful, Archer was awful, and their lines were all awful. Why is it called "The Breach" even? No good reason. Seems to me they have a random episode naming computer program. There was just nothing here worth my time.

I thought it was quite good. Some great scenes with Phlox, and I'm sure Mayweather fans will be happy that for the second week in a row he got much more than his typical "Yes, sir." Some more good music in this episode too.

I expect much better than this garbage from Trek. Dull doesn't even begin to describe it. I won't be starting any threads this week raising or discussing the non-existent finer points of this episode.
I will however grudgingly give this a very generous D- rather than an F because the last 30 seconds got my attention and at least gives us a little something to address later on down the road.

Good music, wonderful (and not rushed, for a change) ending, and good Phlox scenes. The cave plot could have used some improvement but wasn't bad.

B+, I liked when Trip said to the Denobulan, "If you don't move in 5 secondes i'm going to take my Phase Pistol and shoot you in the ass"

Billingsley manages to save even the most predictable episode. I enjoyed this one. There was some real drama infused into the script. They finally managed to use the cave setting that we've seen 100x to their best advantage. Watching Phlox wrestle with some of his own personal demons was handled well and we got a little more insight into the doctor and his people. Not bad for 42 minutes.
Billingsley manages to save even the most predictable episode. I enjoyed this one. There was some real drama infused into the script. C- Last week I asked for suprises on Enterprise -- and I got one with the tribble. I meant something a little bigger. That said, The Breach just didn't do it for me. I just can't take any more cave adventures (I can just see the actors 
when the script arrived.) It was not horrible, and the B story was better than last week, but I expect more this late in season 2.

I'm waiting for someone to bitch that it somehow violated continuity -- but there is no way The Trouble with Tribbles constituted a first contact!
Hoshi's look was priceless.But the A+ is mostly for John Billingsley's performance. Oh, and the phaser in the ass as well!
