GNDN Must Be In Trek XI

[The Wormhole]

As I'm sure most of you are aware, various conduits on the Enterprise had GNDN printed on them in TOS. This was essentially a behind the scenes in-joke, meaning "Goes Nowhere, Does Nothing."

In order to bring that TOS charm to Trek XI, I demand the conduits on the Enterprise have GNDN written on them. This will show Abrams knows TOS and admires, respects, and appreciates it. If it's not in the movie I will boycott it.

Agreed. Unless GNDN is in this movie, I expect to see Abrams effigies burned all across the world; I know I'll be participating. Abrams needs to wake up and give all of us Star Trek fans what we deserve!!

However, I demand that every time a specific number is called for in the dialogue, that number should be 47...

Also, I demand that all inside leg measurements of the bridge crew must accurately match the original ones.

Oh, and if Spock's waistline is ONE FUCKING INCH different I'll boycott the movie.

I think I'm being pretty reasonable.

The scene I'd like to see is Kirk getting a tour of the Enterprise. He stops at a door and asks Scotty, "Where does this one lead?"

"It's a GNDN conduit, sir."

"OK, I see. Carry on, Mr. Scott."

Cut to Uhura or Chekov asking someone like Sulu, "GNDN?"

Sulu: "Goes Nowhere, Does Nothing"

And then we never go back to it again!
