Looks a little more sinister than the Jimmy-boy I remember, a little less bemused.

I'm sure he won't have that same exact expression throughout the entire film.

I'd love it if he did though. He could rip his shirt before battling the Burger King.

The Galileo Seven has the most "inappropriate wacky joke moment" in all of trek.

Bearing in mind 3 crew members have just died - Spock, Scotty, Boma and Mears have just escaped with their lives. People are dying on Makus II due to the medicines that have not arrived on time...

And don't forget the subject of the joke was mocking the Executive Officer of the Enterprise for his racial characteristics, inciting junior officers to laugh at his expense...

I suppose this means I must just stick with Blender instead of trying out stuff like Gimp, unless I could make him look thinner.

I think this shows just how well JJ chose the new crew. They are close enough to the younger TOS cast than most "die hard" fans care to admit. I'm 44, I've watched all the incarnations of TREK since the early '70's. This is great stuff we are being honoured with. Good job on the Gimped Photo.
