get this actor a job!

I still say this would be a perfect vehicle for Amy Acker. She's beautiful enough to be a goddess, young enough to seem a naive you ingenue, and mature enough to convey authority when she needs to.
I dunno, is she Greek enough? Or could pass for Greek? Never heard of her but she seems to be an American actress, so the accent might be an issue.

I'm pretty sure that Greek gods don't have Greek accents when they're speaking English. Or should I watch Clash of the Titans again?

The 'Greek' bit is pretty self-explanatory, no? I'm a little tired of the Hollywood axiom that the Greek gods are more waspish than a country club and go around talking in Western accents (British in the cases it's not American). You'd think we'd be past that sort of American navel-gazing by now - but hey, I didn't see Clash of the Titans, and I figure that's another reason to give it a pass.

But speaking dramatically, being a Greek-accented Greek would emphasize the disconnect between Themis and the American world of jurisprudence - It's good grist for any mill. But I disgress.

Enver Gjokaj--I had to look up how to spell that.

Victor from Dollhouse. He could play just about anything and do it well. Amazing and entertaining. Here's hoping he gets good roles and not shlocky drek Syfy movies.
This:techman:
Also can i see David Hewlett on my TV sometime soon i think he should get a role on doctor who.

I think they should have to talk like whatever ancient Greeks talked like. :p Which is unlikely to be the same as modern Greeks.

There's some talk that Saaid (sp?) might become a regular on Law & Order: SVU if/when Stabler leaves.

I wholeheartedly agree with Connor Trinneer. I believe he's yet to be cast in a role truly worthy of his talents. (Enterprise was always a mediocre series and his character on Stargate Atlantis was such a bad idea for so many reasons.)

Enver Gjokaj (formerly Victor on Dollhouse) seems to be one of the most talented actors I've ever seen. Here's hoping his career is long, varied, & noteworthy.

It's "Sayid." And, yes, Naveen Andrews is *awesome*. I really hope he gets something worthwhile.

I could gush all day about Connor Trinneer. He REALLY needs a decent vehicle to showcase his talents.

Enver Gjokaj---I completely agree. I can't STAND Eliza Dusku; I only watched Dollhouse because my hubby is a Whedon-fanatic. But, boy, Enver could act circles around most anyone on that cast. He's one HELL of a mimic--his "Topher" has almost better than the original--and his accents were very believable. I hope someone gives this guy a decent part that gets him lots of exposure.

Needless to say I second all the Ben Browder and Claudia Black nominations. :D

And whatever happened to Gigi Edgley, anyway?
She's in this. It's kinda clichéd - okay, really clichéd, which unfortunately is common in Australian TV shows of any genre - but it's reasonably watchable, and she's good in it. :bolian:
