I agree with the many who have mentioned Warpath.
Another one in the DS9-R that I found exciting was The Soul Key. I liked the quick pacing of the story. After Fearful Symmetry had so much backstory to cover, the quick, linear pacing of Soul Key was a welcome change of pace.
