George Takei should do GPS voice-overs

A friend of mine has a GPS with John Cleese doing to voiceovers, so it occured to me how completely awesome it would be to have George Takei and/or other legendary helmspeople do GPS voiceovers. (Wesley anyone?)
But George would be the best with that bass voice:
"We have arrived at the designated coordinates, Captain."
Freaking awesome.

even better shrink him and put him on your dashboard and let him tell you in person
"Takei in you Pockei"

Oh HELL yes! Having him do a voice-over would be SO much better than the one I have--though I wonder what would happen if you have one of those systems that reads out the street names...

When crossing the double yellow line..."Turn her INTO the traffic!"

When the driving instructor takes the student onto the freeway for the first time...
"So much for the little training cruise."

When all your traffic signals are green and there's no traffic at all...
"Paradise, my friend...paradise!"

Another good idea is a Balok GPS voice-over to tell you how much longer until you reach your destination.

If you're good at doing vocal impressions, you can create them yourself. At least you can for my Tomtom GPS. When you fire up the "Home" software and go in to where you can add voices, somewhere in there is a link to a page on the Tomtom site that tells you how to create voices - what the files need to be named, how to package them together, what to call it so the device will recognize it - everything you need to know.

I vote for Majel as well. The tire comment was the best so far. ...and yes, we're geeks for sure :O))

Also (to Nerys Dukat) - totally makes sense for a Cardassian to vote for McCain/Palin, lol.
