I'd be happy if her name was Chapel as well, and they are revealed as sisters. I think Majel would have liked that.
I rewatched the finale. Man that was a pure example of cutting corners. The trailer gave me hope for season 2 but I wish season 1 ended on a better note.

I agree with you in principle.
Unfortunately, the logo also shows the difference between what the United Federation of Planets is meant to be and how it's actually depicted on screen. So, for the wrong reasons, it's fitting.
One of them's a Fabrini. Or a Sigma Iotian. Or a Bandi. Or a Roman/Nazi/Yang, etc...
Yes, after Karen Dick wasn't happy a logo so closely inspired by her father's (Franz Joseph Schnaubelt owned all his creations from the classic Tech Manual, far different to how tie-ins are done today) was used without permission or financial compensation.How many people noticed the UFP logo changed between the two halves of season one?
I’m guessing they changed it because it was too similar to the Franz Joseph UFP logo
