The green uniform Ezri one turned out really well. Also, so did the Riker one with the phaser rifle.
I could actually see it happening with the explosion. Depends on who becomes Praetor, but that's a topic for another thread
Also, that image turned out great. Really like the logo design as well. I had a concept in an RPG of a Joint Operations Base between the Romulans and the Federation. It started out as a medical supply base and crew a bit more.

In this instance, its on a forum where you write a specific character and respond to other characters in kind of a free form writing style. Apologies if you're familiar with this by another name. Just wanted to give a brief description. In this instance, my character was a half-Romulan Starfleet officer who worked to design a base that would provide support the fledgling Romulan Republic after Romulus was destroyed.
I've tried to play Star Trek Online but it confuses me to a point of frustration that I gave up. So, don't fault you there.

That's pretty much the idea. I've written a couple of characters, but that Donatra manip fit what I had written recently.

The Terry Farrell one is interesting because it is a cadet uniform, but her hair looks gray (possibly lighting? Not sure

The division colors in the TWOK film were never readily apparent. I have the "Mr. Scott's Guide to the Enterprise" which explains the division colors, and I still don't get it.

Great, now I want an IA officer on the next series to be like the constant bureaucratic figure on the show.
Also, a question-why is office of the President repeated twice on the logo? It's not bad, so much as a curiosity of mine. I though Earth, Sol System might end up there.

Just a random thought. Not really meant as a slight, since I love the triangular logos of Federation and Starfleet bases. I hope to see more of them too
