Gamestop used games Return Policy has changed?

For those that go to Gamestop has the return policy on used games changed recently? I haven't been to a store in ages. I know that they could refund your money on a used games as long as not more then 7 days have passed a while back.

I bought a used game yesterday and noticed the "One Time Exchange On All Used Games" thing at the top of the receipt. What does that mean exactly? I can only return one used game and they won't ever let me return anymore used games in the future? For those that know anyone that work in Gamestop are they limiting returns now? I had to return a game today since it kind of sucked and zoned out while the employee was telling me stuff. I would be bummed if I wasted my chance.

Seems unlikely that it would literally be a one time change per individual. How would they even keep track of stuff like that or if you went to a different store? My guess is that the disclaimer is to keep people from basically endlessly returning games and using gamestop as a free rental store.

The receipt after one exchange will show the exchange, so it would be clear to the employee that a second exchange is not allowed on that receipt no matter which store you take it into. The moral of the story is to have a backup plan for each used purchase so that you don't get shafted.
