Games you wish were still continued...

I like that.

I am not sure but think that weapon was available in single player and vaguely remember using that or something like that.

I don't do multiplayer. Ever.

I couldn't remember if it was in the main game or not. I've never been too big on online multiplayer (except Quantum Of Solace which was really fun online), but I mainly played this splitscreen with a buddy of mine. At the time we played a lot of splitscreen together, like this, Goldeneye, Halo and some other shooters. The guided missile was fun but it really changed the game into something other than a shooter. Whenever we'd play with them we'd basically spend the whole game on opposite sides of the map trying to kill each other with guided rockets, the trick being to land your missile on him before he could hit you with his. We'd never even see each other except through the view screen of the missile. In this game you could play the multiplayer game against bots, so if you ever manage to get it installed in Windows 10 you should check it out.

Oh I didn't know it did multiplayer with bots. I'd assume that's for when there is no live internet. I miss this game. So much cheese was in this game, so much Bond non PC stuff too. A small bit of inuendo on one or two missions even.

Yeah, or if you didn't have any friends around to play splitscreen with. I never had my regular XBOX hooked up online, didn't get that until the 360 came along, and then gave up on that after 6 months or so because I hate dealing with most online gamers. Though I've been playing a little online since I got an XBOX ONe. The only multiplayer I played back then was splitscreen with a friend in the same room. I miss Nightfire too the more I've talked about it, since I still have the disc and quite a few other old XBOX games I might look into buying one. The only original XBOX game I ever play anymore is Star Wars: Battlefront because it works on the 360. I checked and Nightfire doesn't. I've also been wanting to dust off From Russia With Love and The Thing.

When my friends and I used to play GoldenEye on N64,. one of my favorite weapons was the remote mines. I would backpedal as my enemies came toward me, and I would chuck the mines back at them, and detonate as soon as they were in range. Racked many kills that way.

The Dead Space Series. How much would I love to see the 4th instalment/reboot done on the latest generation of consoles. I loved those games, even the third one.

I loved the first two but even though I own the third I've only played it for 10 minutes. When it came out I wasn't gaming much at all, and I didn't really feel like getting into a long survival horror game at the moment. I kind of feel like playing it now but it's been so long since I played the first two I think I'd have to play them again as a refresher.

I'd love either a follow-up or a new version of the Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds RTS game. The resource system needed some tidying up, and the computer side tended to cheat (hey, I start with two ironclads, takes me six months to build another - how come when computer's the humans, they got six within three months??), but was so much fun.

I have never played the Dead Space series.... Horror games or movies just do not scare me. But I've always wondered what they might have been like.

I think many people that love the horror genre tend to not be frightened by them, they're just fun. And Dead Space was a lot of fun. Cool Sci-Fi story and setting, awesome weapons, very cinematic gameplay, etc.

Yeah the closest I have had with that series is watching gameplay videos via youtube.

I'm sure the series is out there just not sure which ones you can get on PC.

The original Dead Space was the most horror-y, but even then I'd describe it as more of a tense atmosphere. The later games (especially 3) were more heavy on the action, and consequently less "scary".

I wish they would make a new Streets of Rage. I don't care of they reboot it or finally make SoR4. Just the thought drenches my pants.

I wish they'd bring back the "Hunter: The Reckoning" games. There were 2 on the XBOX and one on PS2, though I only played the XBOX games. They were based on some pen and paper RPG and while not great they were pretty fun I thought. The first one was much better than the second but they were both basically hack and slash with some ranged weapons available for certain characters or if you picked up special items. About 10 years ago there was talk of making a movie but it fell through, which is probably for the best because Uwe Boll was going to direct it.
