Funniest Moments?

I saw this on the Next Generation thread and thought I'd start one for DS9.
What is your funniest moments of DS9?
Mine personally is "Take Me Out to the Holosuite" the crew are playing the baseball match against the Vulcans and they start shouting towards the batsman to put them off. Worf then shouts "Death to the opposition!"

I think of this and it cracks me up. I was on a bus the other day and started laughing to myself, I was getting a few strange looks. :klingon::lol:

I don't remember what episode it is but at some point Quark says to Morn: "...and the Andorian says:" That's not my antenna!"

The funny thing is that it's well known joke if you replace "antenna" by "finger".

Ha! Yes. I love the one liners and half conversations cutting to and from Quarks.

I love this scene between Rom and Quark. When they open the door to find Sisko sat in his office.

^ I love that scene right there- it's a classic DS9 scene.

I know a lot of people don't like the Ferengi's but the first season episode "The Nagus" is full of some really funny stuff.

I tend to chuckle whenever Quark observes something about "hu-mans"...

This probably wasn't supposed to be funny but I like Sisko's massively over-enthusiastic assertion that baseball is his "FAVOURITE sport!"

I love Civil Defense, especially when Dukat's pre-recorded messages randomly appear. "Bajoran workers!"

I don't know the episode's name, but I like the part were Worf and O'brien are in the brig because they were having a fight and Bashir flies over the table.

A scene that is really funny to me, and I don't think it is meant to be funny, is when Worf orders an extra large glass of prune juice and turns around and he has this teeny tiny glass in his hand.

Another one I love is when Worf finds out that Keiko is pregnant and runs away.

Remember that scene when Data makes a few disparaging remarks about Picard's painting? It was funny as hell!

^This is the DS9 forum. There's already a funny funny quote thread over there, as mentioned in the OP :p

Found this exchange while searching Chakoteya.com for something.

BASHIR: Kira almost had us clear of the asteroid field, and then the deflectors became overwhelmed. We were side-swiped by a rock the size of this room. A fuel pod exploded and Keiko was thrown against the bulkhead. She had a concussion, broken ribs, internal haemorrhaging. I managed to stabilise her but the baby's autonomic functions were failing. I had to find another womb for the baby, and the only two people available were Major Kira and me.
SISKO: I think you made the right choice, Doctor.

:)

Unless there's something about his genetic enhancements he hasn't shared yet...

In "The Magnificent Ferengi", Quark and Rom are doing a walk-and-talk in the station's Jeffries tubes (making it a crawl-and-talk, really), open a hatch, and realize that they've unwittingly crawled right into Sisko's office. After a brief exchange, they politely excuse themselves and Sisko turns away as if it never happened... Or that this happened all the time. The whole episode was pretty funny, but that was gold.

That is a serious security problem. Surprised that never came up in Odo's regular security briefings.

:D Maybe Sisko liked it 'cause it broke up the routine. As in, "you never know who's gonna come through that door next." You could almost make a series of short stories on people who popped in Sisko's office and why.

It's worth rewatching all those exchanges as an inside joke about Visitor's pregnancy with Siddig's child.

I don't know if it is the same episode or not but when Bashir and Kira are bickering over her being pregnant she tells him it is his fault. It's funny because they were married in real life and Nana was pregnant with his child at the time.

In "Apocalypse Rising" when Kira and Bashir are arguing in Sisko's office and Kira blames him for putting the baby in her (after Keiko was injured). Given RL it makes me smile.
