Destination Star Trek 3 is making it so. Patrick Stewart is on board for the mega-event, which will take place at the ExCel in the heart of London’s Docklands from October 3-5. Stewart's presence means that the planned Star Trek: The Next Generation reunion -- to be moderated by William Shatner -- will be a full-cast reunion, the first ever at a European event. And, in addition to Stewart, Brent Spiner, Gates McFadden, Jonathan Frakes, Marina Sirtis, Michael Dorn and LeVar Burton, the group will be joined by Denise Crosby and John de Lancie. Stewart's participation also means that DST3 has upped the ante on once-in-a-lifetime photo opportunities. Fans, on Saturday October 4, will be able to pose for a Full TNG Cast & William Shatner Photo Shoot and, on Sunday, October 5, they can get in on a Full TNG Reunion Cast Bridge Photo Shoot.
