Fringe: Who is HE?

In the most recent episode of Fringe, Agent Dunham had one of her flashes of deja vu showing the city of Boston in flames. On the side of a building was spray painted the message HE IS HERE. Knowing JJ, it wasn't just a coincidence. Any speculation on who HE is? Is it the Observer? Walter? Peter? Bell? Broyles? Nina after a sex change? Thoughts, people.

I'll give Abrams credit for something. If Fringe was Lost then Walter wouldn't have shown the others the typewriter thing until 4 seasons into the show.

Given the direction the ZFT storyline has been building to, I'd say a Soldier from another reality, one with a highly developed control of his powers, such that he can cause massive destruction and is practically invincible. The sort of fellow that Olivia will have to fight, eventually.

Wow, I totally did not notice that when I watched the episode. And I was looking closely at all the black smoke plumes too!
